October 2021 SEVENOAKS DISTRICT COUNCIL CALL FOR SITES 2021
Stage 1: The Council is requesting the submission of sites that are located within settlements and not in the Green Belt. The Stage 1 Call for Sites is now open.
Stage 2: Following an assessment of the Stage 1 outcomes, the Council will request the submission of sites located in the Green Belt. You will be able to submit sites fitting this criteria from 25 November 2021.
The Stage 1 and Stage 2 Call for sites will close at 5pm on 20th January 2022.

The Broke Hill proposal has been removed from the SDC Local Plan.

2018 Draft Local Plan consultation
Sevenoaks District Council have created an interactive map showing the proposed development sites. CLICK the map to open - you then need to search for Badgers Mount.
The plan shows 194 houses in the Conway (ex MOD) site, 21 by the Old London Road roundabout, 800 at Broke Hill. Use the interactive map to view all the proposed local developments.

Though not connected to Badgers Mount the scale of this proposal would have some impact. 30,000 lorry movements per year for 5.5 years. That equates to an additional HGV along the A224 every 2.7 minutes (22 per hour).
